HyprFab is a modular enclosed line for SMT prototypes. Each station is its own module. Boards move through them on one conveyor.

The modules

Three stations. One line.

A short line is paste, one place module and reflow. Add place modules between paste and reflow when the board needs them.

Paste
Print solder paste and check the print before the board moves on.

Place
Place the components. Add another place module when one is not enough.

Reflow
Reflow the board in its own enclosed module at the end of the line.

The board stays on the conveyor.

Paste

The board enters the first module. Paste is printed and checked.

Place

Components go on the pasted board. A longer line uses more than one place module.

Reflow

The board is soldered, then it leaves the line.
